I met with Maggie shortly after I inherited my childhood home, we initially sat for awhile and she spoke and listened well, I gave her my listing that same day. I am not familiar with buying and selling homes, I have only done a few in my lifetime. I had many questions and Maggie was always quick to get me an answer. My old family home needed many improvements, Maggie thoroughly explained her suggested improvements and always listened when I had concerns. We did lots of upgrades and improvements and I didn't lift a finger! I had anticipated making numerous trips to the old house to "do stuff" but that was not necessary due to Maggie taking care of everything. One day she said something that amazed me, she said "you don't ever have to come back here again unless you want to, I will take care of everything", and she did. I really like communication, and Maggie delivered like the true professional that she is, if she didn't answer a call or text immediately she always got back to me very quickly. If I ever needed to do another real estate transaction in SF I would not hesitate to call Maggie. I highly recommend her services.

We had a home to sell in San Francisco that had been in the family for over 80 years. This was not an ordinary transaction. We had multiple relatives involved and invested in the process. My family asked me to find the right agent to list the property. I interviewed numerous agents and narrowed the list down to three. Even amongst the three candidates, Maggie stood out as the top person for the job. I then sent the final three candidates a questionnaire with detailed questions about how they would handle the transaction, what unique services they brought to the table, etc. Maggie not only responded the fastest but her responses were the most complete and honest of the group.
